Reduce Certain Body Parts

01. Open you picture in Photoshop. [File»Open»Select File]
02. On the same tool bar used above, find “Filter” click on it, select “Liquify”

03. Once clicked, a screen will pop up containing the photo you selected. At your left, you will see a list of tools. Select the Pucker Tool.

04. After that, click where you want to enlarge. My brush size is set to 390, Density 57, Pressure 80, Rate 24. You can adjust these to your desire.
05. I find it to be easier to click multiple time on the area wanted, rather then moving the mouse around. It makes it easier and more mistake proof. While doing this, my picture looks like this:
