To create a link to an email instead of a page simply type:
<a href=”mailto:email@domain.com”>send mail!lt;/a>

Link with preset subject!
<a href=”mailto:email@domain.com?subject=contact%20from%20site” >send mail!</a>

That code you have included has a preset subject; contact from site. To create a link to an email with the body text included simple type:
<a href=”mailto:email@domain.com?subject=contact%20from%20site &body=This%20is%20a%20preset%20message”>send mail!</a>

When including the subject/body you need to add %20 to have a space between words.
