To make a picture, or maybe an ad for your site, have a shaking effect here are the steps you need to follow.
Click file-> Open and load your photo into Animation shop. Right-click the image and click insert image effect.

Where it says ‘Effect’ there is a drop-down menu. Click it and select ShakyCam. Adjust other setting depending on how you want it to look.
