Whiten Teeth in Photoshop
07. Now go to “Layers » New Adjustment Layer » Hue/Saturation”. 
08. On the first dialog box that will appear click “OK”. Then, on the second one, choose “Yellows” in the Select Box.
09. Play with the setting as you wish, to make your teeth free of yellow.
10. After this, choose Master in the Select box.
11. There, adjust the Lightness to make your teeth shinier and healthier looking. My setting are like this: 
12. You”re done! Now you have enviable luminous teeth, at least in pictures.
Tip: If after doing everything you notice some teeth should not be as white as others (like the back ones) or you missed the lower teeth, simply on the Adjustment Layer (second one), color over the teeth with a light gray color to make them look as desired. To undo, color over them with black. Play with the different tones of gray to get the color you want!
